Just a little update on my girl. Over the summer I decided to relocate her to my work so when I had a free moment I could fix the trans leak. A few months back when it was warming up outside I decided to take her for a ride on my lunch hour. As I left my work the brake pedal went to the floor. Turned her around and put her back to sleep.

So a couple weeks ago I had a slow day in the shop and decided to look into the trans and the braking issue. Pulled off the brake reservoir cap and she was way low. Topped it off and tested the brakes. They still went to the floor. So my first thought was bad master cylinder except when I looked at the brake reservoir I noticed that it was low again. Ive got a leak somewhere. I pulled all four wheels and found the right front wheel cylinder leaking. That's an easy fix. Too bad I couldn't get one the same day though. So as she sat disabled in the air I looked into the transmission leak. After some extensive clean up I ran her and looked for the leak. The shift shaft seal and the trans pan were both leaking. Shift shaft seal was a slow leak and requires a partial tear down. So I pulled the pan, replaced the gasket, and filled her up. The shift shaft seal will have to be another day.
Got the wheel cylinder the next day and put it all back together. Took her for a drive and boy did I miss the experience. I think since I have the Xterra where I want her I am going to start focusing on the Mustang again.

With car show season around the corner its time to warm the ole girl up.

I snagged these yellow lamps off a wrangler that was traded in. Found a good place for them.
I think I want to change the wheels and add a front splitter. So look for that to come soon.

Ordered a front splitter. I didn't care for the actual one for the Mustang so I got one for a 67/68 Camaro.

After 150mph a rock can make them shatter but with tape on them it only cracks.
