Title: my build r50
Post by: shoesandsocks on April 11, 2013, 03:31:11 PM
So before i start i don't want to offend anyone i dont have an xterra i just thought this was the closet place considering there was no option for mine.

But i around october of last year i realized driving my lowered cars around everywhere considering tucson roads are evil
So i bought her bone stock se 4x4

(http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i163/nissdrft/r50%20pathfinder/2012-10-19_091429.jpg) (http://s72.photobucket.com/user/nissdrft/media/r50%20pathfinder/2012-10-19_091429.jpg.html)

then i went out with my friends for my first offroad test and yeah realized i had some work to do

(http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i163/nissdrft/r50%20pathfinder/2012-10-21_162124.jpg) (http://s72.photobucket.com/user/nissdrft/media/r50%20pathfinder/2012-10-21_162124.jpg.html)

this how it sat for about three days until i saw a set of pro comp 16x8 on craigslist for 200 for five soo bought those they were flat black so i painted four and mounted them

(http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i163/nissdrft/Facebook/R50%20pathfinder/615661_493208677379033_1269846914_o.jpg) (http://s72.photobucket.com/user/nissdrft/media/Facebook/R50%20pathfinder/615661_493208677379033_1269846914_o.jpg.html)

after about a week or so i waited and got my locking hubs for 4x4 pros i think the best mod so far to my truck for the prive with all the driving i do has more than paid  for itself in gas.

(http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i163/nissdrft/2012-10-31181727.jpg) (http://s72.photobucket.com/user/nissdrft/media/2012-10-31181727.jpg.html)

after that its been pretty much nothing but mods for looks hids painted my fog lights black headlight housing i made not knowing my girly bought me some from ebay while i was working on them so i have two sets now

 (http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i163/nissdrft/2012-11-04213554.jpg) (http://s72.photobucket.com/user/nissdrft/media/2012-11-04213554.jpg.html)
headlights i made
(http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i163/nissdrft/2012-12-28124724.jpg) (http://s72.photobucket.com/user/nissdrft/media/2012-12-28124724.jpg.html)
ones that were bought for me
(http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i163/nissdrft/2013-01-04172235.jpg) (http://s72.photobucket.com/user/nissdrft/media/2013-01-04172235.jpg.html)

and this is how its pretty much sat for a while

(http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i163/nissdrft/Facebook/R50%20pathfinder/54822_496063683760199_53631153_o.jpg) (http://s72.photobucket.com/user/nissdrft/media/Facebook/R50%20pathfinder/54822_496063683760199_53631153_o.jpg.html)
(http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i163/nissdrft/Facebook/R50%20pathfinder/665193_496063750426859_359696270_o.jpg) (http://s72.photobucket.com/user/nissdrft/media/Facebook/R50%20pathfinder/665193_496063750426859_359696270_o.jpg.html)
(http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i163/nissdrft/Facebook/R50%20pathfinder/703604_503677602998807_826546241_o.jpg) (http://s72.photobucket.com/user/nissdrft/media/Facebook/R50%20pathfinder/703604_503677602998807_826546241_o.jpg.html)

then came pathy number 2 cause my wifey loved mine so much and i hated her driving it got her one swapped  over the wheels and the side rails and she was happy and i was allowed to get a set 31x10.5 15 unfortunately she got the pathy with rear tire carrier lsd  :(

Those are some nice Pathys ;D

Definitely looking forward to seeing it in action.

My OME kit is the third lift that has been on my truck too. Keep posting as you add more stuff, but I think it's ready to hit a good number of trails as it is.

Looks fun, keep it up ;D
