Title: Desert Fanatics Veterans Flag Run November 13th 2016
Post by: PitSnipe (Kyle) on July 15, 2016, 08:07:50 AM
Its getting close to that time of year again. The annual Desert Fanatics Flag Run for Veterans Day. It will be held on November 13th.
There will be a pre run meet up and head to event together.

**This year, the club will be representing as part of our charitable giving. This year's event will be raising funds for the organization Veterans for Veterans. They supply furniture and household items to formerly homeless Veterans to help as they reenter society. http://vetsforvetsaz.org/

I personally had a great time last year and will not miss it.

You do NOT need to purchase tickets before the event! Participation is just a $5 donation per VEHICLE. When you arrive you will be handed a ticket and guided where to park. Take that ticket to the booth with your $5 and you'll get a raffle ticket and 2016 Flag Run sticker. You can purchase additional tickets and stickers throughout the day.

The only thing different for this event is that two rigs from AZXC will have an assigned section in the vendor area. We'll be there promoting AZXC and the Nissan crew. So after the run, bring a chair and come hang out with us!

Awesome turnout this year. Thanks to all that attended. Looks like we had close to 300 rigs this year. What a way to show your support. Now to get ready for next years run.

On a side note. Don't use Harbor Freight flags.
