My new X
« on: February 25, 2013, 04:09:31 PM »
Just got her last week.  There is soooo much I want to do, no clue where to start.  I bought her like this, I'm pretty sure she has a PML, but that is all I know at this time.  Pretty much a noob, bought my X for hunting reasons.  We almost got stuck in Box Canyon in a 2WD truck.

Welcome to the club! ;D

The PML is usually specific to the 1st gen Xs because it involves reclocking the torsion bars rather than spending real money on anything. I'm willing to bet yours has at least a spacer puck in the front to level it out. If you wanted a little more height you could easily go with a spindle in the front since it's 2WD (4WD can't use lift spindles because it throws out the axle geometry) and a shackle or AAL in the back and it would be lookin mean! Though it's already looking pretty awesome, I'm digging the dark red and despite what a lot of people will say, I think the bull bar in the front at least looks awesome ;D

Hope to hear more about what your plans are for this beaut.

I kinda disagree there, first gens have to purchase new rear shackles for the PML.

Nice truck! Love the red.

Not sure if needed:
Front and Rear bumper

Hope to get stuff painted this weekend.
