  • PitSnipe (Kyle): Wow, I have not heard of this issue. 15 hour job for a $50 part is nuts. Hopefully someone that knows of this issue will speak up.

  • downs44: Got an 06 that just went through SMOD. Got everything replaced. Now my low oil pressure light is flickering on after the engine warms up and the truck is at idle. Doing some digging on the forums it looks like a common problem is the rear timing cover gallery gasket leaking and causes the symptoms. Looks like a 15 hour or so repair for a $50 part. Was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and any words of advise. To save some dialogue, the oil pressure sensor is about a year old and I changed the oil and filter after i noticed the light and that did not fix the issue.

The girls would kill us. On another note, I have read some things regarding the UCA's and a 3inch spacer and how it deals with articulation. meh meh

So after reading about the UCA contact that may occur, I have decided to go ahead with the install and save up for some Calmini UCA's :D

The 5 spokes on my car are roughly 26lbs per wheels, the steel factory wheels are 36-38lbs Wheels alone, no tires.

As an update for my bumper, Collective Auotworkx here in Tucson has given me a good price for a calmini styled prerunner bumper. We set a date for next month, lets see if it plays through.

New Tires, only a little taller, but for the price and warranty and tread pattern, Can't complain.

So far they seem to be good tires, with my suspension and bumper and possibly wheel spacers going on in 3 weeks time I think they will stand out. Oh and I will be painting the headlights black.

A mod day would be great, I drop my car off to have the bumper made this Friday, so I will want to put the lift on soon.
