Okay, I am utterly unprepared in terms of equipment, but I am definitely coming. I plan to join the caravan on Friday. I am picking up a friend on the way, so I'll be cutting it close. Can I have someone's contact in case I am running behind?

And I am with Rosie, anything special to bring to make up for lack of bonfire?

AZXC usually provides a meal for events.  I would be happy to grab some dogs and brats, but I would need a stove with a griddle or a grill.  Does anyone have one?

I do not... Andrew if you're still coming, gonna bring yours? Or Pit?

I'm gonna grab some bags of chips, plenty of water and some beer. Hopefully we can figure out the cooking situation tonight or early tomorrow, otherwise I suggest everyone bring some sammich fixings! Wish I had a portable stove to offer for use.

I might but I think I need to buy some propane tanks for it. Let me check.

Ok, I just checked and I found my Coleman 2 burner camping stove. I also have 2 full tanks of propane for it. Ill bring them along.

EDIT: No griddle though so we will have to cook them in a pan.

Got it. I think this will be good for a summary on the first page :) I'll probably be going for just one night and whatever fun will be had during the day.
