Here is a run coming up, it will benefit some charities and the Yarnell tragedy, it is $20 a rig to benefit multiple things, there is a raffle, giveaways, prize packs and more. I will be there, hope to see other AZXC'ers make it.

For everybody's information Backroad to Crown King Trail does have some difficult obstacles but 90% have bypasses and any 4wd (even stock) X can do this trail, we got a 2wd Titan through it in the snow in the past.

This run is expected to have anywhere from 50-100 rigs with multiple clubs vehicles participating, so there will be 2 or 3 or 4 start times, more details will come available as it gets closer, I'll keep you all informed.

Ive done one of these runs before with multiple groups and start times, a lot of new people to meet and a lot of fun.

They did encourage to register asap so they can have an accurate rig count, etc... So the sooner the better if your gonna make the run.

An AZXC meeting can be held up in Crown King on the back patio of the Saloon, great place for that in the not so hot Valley weather.

How do they determine which start time you are? Just thinking of how to set up/schedule the meeting if it comes down to having it in crown kind.

Most likely will be that early, start times Im guessing will be anywhere between 7am-9am. From Tucson to staging area it should only take you about 2-2.5 hours unless you drive like a grandma.

So who all from AZXC is attending? I'll update the OP with a list. Current update is ~35 rigs, expected to get to 50+, most likely, 2 or 3 groups.

Come on guys, this is a great trail, honestly, an AZ classic, there is a Saloon in CK for lunch and a brew once we get there, very cool.

Im not sure there is an actual deadline but I would assume they want at least a few days prior to get all paypal payments and registration squared away, there is goodie bags with swag, etc... being handed out so I know they want a final number at some point.
