Were the door panels a pain to get off? I have to take mine off to change/inspect the locks & window mechanisms.

finally got around to getting some different wheels! The new wheels are Unique 297's 16x8 in with 5 in backspacing.  With the different backspacing I can get bigger tires!  ;D

got my gear box swapped out today!

This bastard was a wicked b****!  it is a 1-5/8 in bolt so had to buy the socket which wasn't cheap and will probably never use it again

I'd say it needed it

So what was the price tag on your new parts and wheels? I was reading that those Unique are maybe the exact same as Cragar Soft 8s.

Thanks Pit! and the price tag was about 550 bucks.  The unique's are identical to the cragar soft 8's.  they actually didn't have any soft 8's in and those are what I wanted and he said he would give me the unique's for the same price as the soft 8's.

today I got my CB mounted! holy Hera that was a bitch running that coax cable under the carpets!
