Wont be able to attend but I can say that an Awning is the best purchase I have made for my Xterra. Whoever wins it will love it for sure.

This is a possibility, although I don't think I can head out Friday unless it is later in the afternoon/evening. As of now I will not be working that weekend.

I can't leave until my gf gets off work, so there will be a couple of us heading up late.

Hi, I'd like to know what is going to be happening there lol  I have Tuesdays and Wednesdays off, and asked my boss if I can have Saturday off for this little "event", and he gave it to me.  I'd REALLY like to go with you guys but since it's one day, I'd like to know if it's just camping or what.

fyi, someone from another Xterra forum told me about this event so I thought I'd see what is going down.

We will be camping, AZXC always provides a dinner or lunch.  Probably Saturday lunch.  Also, giving away an Iron Man awning.  We have no votes upcoming, so mostly just hanging out and enjoying the weather.  If anyone knows of any trails in the area we can run one, but I have already run Sedona this year and I get sick of the traffic jam on Broken Arrow.

Oh, okay.  Well, if you get anymore info on what you're going to be doing, I'd love to hear.  I'm sort of trying to get out there and get offroading experience with those who know what they're doing, and can help if I get stuck or something.  So even though I'd like to hang out as well, I'd also like to get out there and drive around lol but I understand what you mean by traffic.

Check out the CANVAZ event coming up next month in vegas, should be a tun of fun.

Depending on what time we leave the campsite on Saturday afternoon, I may take Lake Mary Rd down to the Mogollon Rim service roads and enjoy the views, its super green up there right now. Just in case anybody is interested. They're just dirt roads though, nothing too exciting if you're looking for hardcore offroading. We'll have to do a trail run in October.

I'd like to do that!  And do you guys normally do trail runs or get-togethers on the weekend?  I'm sure there are some of us who don't have weekends off lol
