Caravan to Moab 2014
« on: January 01, 2014, 03:53:06 PM »
Figured I would start this now.

For those of you that are going to make it to the awesome goneMOAB 2014.

My plan, which has been the same the last 2 years is to meet in the WalMart parking lot in Flagstaff at 730am Sunday May 18th and roll out of there no later than 8am, which puts you into Moab perfect enough timing to settle into your condo/campsite/etc... and then head over to the Meet and Greet BBQ extravaganza.

Now, if we do not need to stop in Flagstaff to meet up with anybody then we can make a local meet up and roll out spot down here in the Phx metro area. Most likely Chevron station/McDonalds on I-17 and Carefree Hwy, then we may still stop in Flag for a short refuel/break and continue on from there.

Anyways hope a few from AZXC make it up there again this year, post if your going and if you'd like to meet the caravan.

I am 80% sure I will be going this year. It is either Moab or 5 days camping somewhere else...
