Check with Ted and/or Vince, Ive only run Broken Arrow before, but these guys know the area/trails more and can recommend and maybe trail lead another trail or 2, whatever is best. I'd like to go but dont want to go just for Broken Arrow, I'd like to run others as well.

I did Broken Arrow stock, with aluminum foil rails just fine. Your excuse does not fly here!

Oh, and I am in.

True, Ive done Broken Arrow before in my X and it's not difficult and need for skids is slim but if another trail is ran there may be a need for skids (I dont know havent run other trails in the area). Also if only Broken Arrow is being ran and nothing else, I dont want to go just for that trail as I have run it before and IMO it's not that great, scenic yes but thats about it, kind of boring otherwise.

Oh no no no. I'm just listing what other trails there are. I am in no way organizing this/setting it up.

Nice try Hugh  ;)

Well we are going to do more than just the one run and I have no F'n idea about location or times to do them, so you have to. So there, pick a few and call it good!  :P

I've done Soldiers Pass and Greasy Spoon/Diamondback Gulch before and can get us there if needed.
IMO Soldiers Pass was just OK.  It's a short in and out trail and from what I recalled it's kinda tight.  I ran it once and never had much of an interest in doing it again.
I've run Greasy Spoon several times.  It's more of a 'large sweeping vistas' sort of trail.  If I recall most of the trail is pretty easy with the Diamondback Gulch portion being the most fun. I'd recommend it for it's scenic value alone.

Running Broken Arrow and Greasy Spoon, with a lunch stuck in there somewhere is a good full day when you add the 1.5 hour trip to/from Phoenix.
Greasy Spoon is a good one to run last as it exits out towards Cottonwood, which is a good place to air back up.
There used to be a gas station with free air, which pumped pretty fast.  Last time I came through there, I either couldn't find it or they had converted to the crappy $0.25 pump.

Are you guys planning on packing a lunch or eating in Sedona between trails?

I'm down for Broken Arrow and Greasy Spoon. I've never done that one before. Packing lunch sounds fine too.

See you guys tomorrow morning!

I'm going to bring my camp stove to make burgers. If you want to use my grill, bring your own meat.

The guys did arrive this morning and excited to go tomorrow.
