CK Run 01/26/14
« on: January 26, 2014, 05:52:41 PM »
Crown King run was a success. This was my second time in three weeks doing this run. Mikhail and I along with three Wranglers. Took us 4 hours with no break downs. Beautiful day it was. Pics to come.....

Alright, here we go. Just a couple. I don't want to bore you all with Jeep pics.

Is it much harder now? Went there two years ago when I had a blazer at 12am and it was easy

The Backroad to Crown King, is an iconic Arizona trail, and when no one breaks anything, it's easy to understand why. Thaks for sharing the pics. They really are nice looking jeeps (the polarized type) I think. Here's an aside; what's up with the "Moab" trim jeeps? Sandy color, stickers.. Anything else? I figure it's like the "Willys" version from a few years back. Oh, and back to the polar jeep. Does the 6" run limiting straps on the front axle? I would think if were not, he'd be drooping that front quite a bit more..

I got your "Jeep thing", now it burns when I pee..

The two polar editions that were with us are a his and hers build. Hers is a teraflex 3" with adjustable arms. His is a teraflex 6" with the long arm adjustable kit. In the pics the sway bar was still connected. Hes playing it safe until the new axles arrive. We have it up at the dealership to show what we can build if anyone wants to see it.

As far as the Moab Edition. Its nothing more than paint, stickers, interior, hood, and bumpers. Jeep is kinda going overboard with special edition Wranglers. There is a hero edition and even a dragon edition.

Nice pictures, but I have to say that I hate the Polar Edition Jeeps after seeing their ad over and over again on TV.
