Swapped Alternator out that was from Mud (Steve N4W) that I washed thoroughly and with copious amounts of WD40 to get working again because mine was making a ton of noise. Bearing went bad.

In the process discovered my airbox was just not sealing anymore from excessive cracking and installed a cone filter and housing that I got from DBAX many years ago. Wow, sounds like it has more HP, but I know better. :) Also noticed the fender baffle was about to fall out so I removed all that stock crap.

While I had the front tire off, I happened to notice I lost the Bottom Shock bolt during the Fat Tire run. lol Anyone have one? I'll have to order one or cut the captive nut off and use a real bolt with a cotter pin and castle nut.

Still have to take all the skids off and remove the mud, I'm sure I'd be 20 pounds lighter if I did. lol

Yes it does! I drove it around yesterday and under load, you can definitely hear the difference.

Thank you again!

I'm going to block off the holes from the original air intake location in the fender and custom fabricate something to try and funnel air in from in front of the radiator instead. Not going to worry about it until gas prices come back down or the temperature isn't so blasted hot out. Well at least the latter will happen eventually, even in Phx. :o

Got a Shrockworks Rear Bumper for a steal a few weeks ago and put it on. Added some clevis shackles and also installed an LED black third brake light housing. The big red one looked awful.
