Looks like it was due.  How long did it take?
Yea it was very much due. Was stretched and cracked.   Only took me 4 hours or so but only cause I stopped alot in between.  The online fourms make it sound hard but its really not at all.

I've done timing belts on multiple straight 4s, but never a v motor, was just curious how long it reasonably takes.

Id say a good 3-5 hours if you change the waterpump to. I didnt cause my coolant is perfect and there is no corrosion whatsoever.  Probably should have but o well was just worried about the belt.

Slow day at work. Took care of the oil change, transmission service and rotated the tires.

Finally was able to detail the X since our trip to Texas last month.  She was a dirty girl and is quite clean and shiny now.  I also fixed a few small things with her today too.
