Nisstec and PRG both offer good products for what you need.

I do like mail order, but it is becoming a necessary evil,  Nestec has them for about 99,oo and PRG run 160.00not bad, but its somethingIhave to get comfortable with going forward.

Ok the stock springs I can get from Boulder Nissan for a good price. But if I can go with the PRG it states its up to 5" inches of travel. I think with my 3 inch lift I can eliminate my spacer and the spring will compress down to a 3 in configuration.

Am I tracking?

There is a Thread on Fierce AT and they seem to have good reviews and a good point of price. Plus I can purchase them at Sears, maybe a better price. I think this was on the new Xterra web site. 8)

If you get longer springs you will need longer shocks to match, or else they will max out your shocks and your ride will suck.  Yes you will replace the spacer, are you already lifted in the rear?

From our supporting Sponsors  Niss Tec has  TDG Springs that will go directly on my Adjustable Bil's   for about 200 with freight. These  are the HD with the coil rate of 610 lbs. which is 180 over the stock configuration. Coil rates has always confused the H--- out me. I spoke to Tim, sounded like a Kid but he was able to help me. Been trying to get a hold of these guys today to place a order These are go up to 5 " of lift.

Plus I can lose my spacer that is currently on the truck. My ride will improve because, guess what I have more spring now!

They are pretty Yellow!

Tim says they should compress nicely.

How is the tire life of the km2?

IDK, I bought mine used with unknown mileage on them.  They seem to wear OK, but the X is no longer my DD, so I haven't put too many miles on them.

They perform awesome offroad!

Yep, the adjustment screws will help with the aiming (mine were too high from the factory, and got worse when I leveled the truck out).  The adjustment screw on the passenger side can be difficult to get to.  I had to remove the battery to get my hand in there.  It made the adjusting difficult, because I had to adjust, reconnect the battery to check, then adjust again, etc.

The extra travel of the extended length coilovers will be limited by the stock Upper Control Arms (UCAs).  There will be significant coil bucket contact (stock UCA hitting the coil bucket).  Aftermarket UCAs will help with that, and allow you to use more of the length of the longer coilovers.

Do you remember which way is which. Common sense tells me if I clock wise will go up and counter I will aim down? Plus if you start on the breather box side that would give you a good gauge right off?

Of course longer brake lines?

You wont need longer break lines for up to about 3, after that you will.  You may have contact without after market UCAs, but those are a fairly expensive upgrade.  I did and love um, but everyone has different goals.
