Yea, it is my goal to do better on the services.  No Leaks so far on the trans. ;D

When I had my trans fluid replaced I think the dealership quoted me $180, but then the guy said the 4WD full service was $290 and that included the transfercase, transmission, and both diffs. I decided to do the package to baseline everything since I knew my rear diff was probably low and my X was already in the shop for an extended stay.

Im guessing I lost about a quart of transmission fluid when I did my radiator swap, and my rear axle seal had been leaking.

Nissan offer a $180.00ta.Your deal sounds it is a complete package and it is not that much higher to get every thing done.

Fuel Tank Cover
« Reply #92 on: January 18, 2016, 02:08:04 PM »
The Fuel tank cover came today from Nissan.    Its actually heavier than  I thought with the opinions I have received.

Considering I ran OEM while in Arizona this should be fine for now.   Tires are next!

Yep! Skid, Cover Bash what ever the term is.   Bolts to the frame  and has a band that attaches to the top bracket of the fuel cell.

The Skid  Plate  is actually pretty ridged and did not warp when I was inspecting the Part.  :)

The way I see it I only bottom out once actually and the truth of the matter is I was going  a little too fast for the obstacle.

A very wise man told me a long time ago let the 4wd work. Speed is not everything.

Go as slow as possible and as fast as necessary.

These guys in Florida think they are running dune buggies and they are have problems from getting stuck to snapping engine mounts.

But its depends on the cult of wheeling where one is at.

Finally  Got rid of the BFG Long Trail Tires and got hooked up with my old Favorite BFG KO  265-75-16 tires from sears for 199.00 ea. The Trucks drives and rides better and theyare actually pretty quite for off road tires.

Well when it rains it pours found a projectile  rock on the I10 and ended up with a 10 in crack. Insurance took care of it!
Finally Arizona claimed anther battery.  Thankfully had enough juice to make it to O"Realies Auto!

The end result I am final ready to go after more aggressive treks now! 8)
