You may get within spec right now without cam bolts but I'd get them and have them installed.

It's more than likely they will seize sometime down the road and you'll end up having to cut them and your lower control arms. Your rig is essentially brand new so I'd do it now before it costs more Mekensy and time down the road.

Good point, I ordered them today.     Install begins next week once all of the goodies come in!

Sweet,  if you don't mind when the lift comes in could you post a pic of the components?   When I bought mine the pic and description showed one thing but when it came I was pleasantly surprised the spacers for up front were different.

Mods do pay off and may be a good talking point to our other  halves. . I was offered 7K for my White  07 in all her Glory.   I was sad to see White X being driven to the back lot.

But Out with the Old and in with the new! 8)

I am truly starting over and this time I will go lighter and even consider a Hunter tube bumper. rock siders will be later.

Besides the only items that were actually were the light bar and the sliders. But thus was the reason for the high trade in offer.

Bils on the way!
« Reply #69 on: September 15, 2015, 05:09:32 PM »
I ordered up a set of 4700 Yellow Bils today.  As usual they are not in stock and the lead time is 2 weeks. My 5100 Adjustable took 6 weeks .

I choose this path in the hopes this was more common, but  they work for me and they are better than stock!

I'd give nisstec a call they normally have stuff in stock and ship the next business day of not the same day if you order early enough in the day.

Today I did a minor Mod and added the Nissan oil pan and transmission cover today. Hover I noticed a huge (Grand Canyon size) gap between the Oil pan and the transmission cover. Is there a cover out their to bridge that gap? :-\

Its starting to feel like white X! 8)

I think I found the tire! Cooper AT3  285.  How they fit and weight is making me look twice. Still working on getting may parts now. Any thoughts?

I want to try 255/85/16 on my next set. I had these before on a larger vehicle and they were awesome off road, but a little squrrliley when driving at 75mpg. I think 285/75  is a great oversized tire here in AZ for these smaller trucks. They just always seem to work well.
