  • Conundrum: lol, they're contagious and more lights coming on, worrying to see the oil pressure indicator and also the windshield washer fluid lights, however I'll just wait and see if it goes away when things dry out. Good thing I took it through emissions this morning. Never Fails. lol

  • Conundrum: Wow, with all the rain I've been in as well as flooding in the X on Fat Tire, I have a new issue. Set light blinking rapidly and goes away after restarting the engine. I did a little research and I guess the cruise actuator can get nasty and seems plausible since I went through a puddle on purpose on the right hand side and that made the set light for cruise start flashing again. I'll check it out after the rain stops. lol Have fun and be safe out there everyone.

Kayaks
« on: June 19, 2014, 03:31:13 PM »
Anyone got one? Im looking into buying one but unsure what kind would be best. Im going to be doing a lot of lakes and slow moving rivers. I already own a 15' boat with a 75hp outboard just need something I can take up north and places my boat wont go.

Sounds like fun, wish I could help you out.  Let us know what you end up with.  I always wanted a little kayak for fishing.

Will do! My dad has an aluminum boat we take out for trolling.. but I want a kayak so I could take it to creeks and smaller lakes. Hopefully I can pick one up while all these deals at basspro and cables are going on

Well had a busy day deciding which kayaks I wanted and weighed my pros and cons... and decided to go with a Ascend D10T sit on top. I went with it because its 34 inch wide making it very stable and a good platform to turn into a fishing rig. I have one pic so far but am planning on taking it out some time next week.
