  • downs44: Got an 06 that just went through SMOD. Got everything replaced. Now my low oil pressure light is flickering on after the engine warms up and the truck is at idle. Doing some digging on the forums it looks like a common problem is the rear timing cover gallery gasket leaking and causes the symptoms. Looks like a 15 hour or so repair for a $50 part. Was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and any words of advise. To save some dialogue, the oil pressure sensor is about a year old and I changed the oil and filter after i noticed the light and that did not fix the issue.

I am considering going as well.  Now I do have a 2wd so I would probably hang back at camp and enjoy a little down time.  I would like to go and meet more of you all.  I will see how the schedule pays out as time get closer too.  Sounds like a fun event though.

Stay at camp?  Im sure we will have room in our rigs. Ill be all alone.

You should definitely join us.  You will likely have no problem finding an open seat to ride the trails.  Worst case scenario there are tons of dirt roads and area to explore that is 2wd accessible around the camp.

That's just AZXterra, right? What about count on NV and CA rigs?

I  know people are still trying to get time off.  Hopefully we get a couple more, we already have a very decent group.

I'm still not 100% sure I can make it but I am working on getting a group from vegas to attend.
