I would recommend at least a moderate lift and 33s, but I have seen it done with a stock 4x4.  Everyone must have at least one recovery point both front and back.

Oh boy, now you tell me. SO I have less than a month to make that happen. Not sure it will. Fingers crossed.

Uh, new gal here… what's a recovery point?  Sorry if I sound stupid….

Are there any fees we need to pay or permits we need to purchase individualy to be at the campsite?

They are tow hooks or hitches, in your front there should be a stock tow hook.  On your back it is good to have a tow hitch or something similar.  If you get stuck and we have to winch you out it is just something we don't have to worry about breaking.  If you don't have a hitch then we can use your rear axle, it's just harder to get to.

No, it is a dispersed sight which means no real services, but it is free to all.  I plan on heading down early Friday to set up signs and reserve a spot.

It would be a good idea if someone local could prerun prior to CANVAZ.  These trails can change quite a bit with just one good rain, and we have had several in the past few weeks.

Do we have someone in Tucson that is active that will do this? I'd go just to get out of town if I had better rig.

I was hoping to get a pre run in before the event.  Haven't figured out when to do it yet, maybe once the rain is done.  It would be pretty messy now if it is anything like Phoenix.

Well, we are out.

Unfortunately a $2,000 vet bill, plus my upcoming transmission rebuild has killed hope of attending this year.
