Crown King run/camping Saturday 8/30 - rescheduled.
« on: August 14, 2014, 01:33:19 PM »
Planning on getting started early, 7am.  Going up from Lake Pleasant, meet on Castle Hot Springs Road just past where the pavement ends at the little clearing on the right hand side.  Camping up on the mountain after burgers at the Saloon.  Who wants to go with?

I may have to reschedule anyway.  I am buying a bumper off of a guy in Tuscon and he can't meet up this weekend, which means I would have to go down next weekend... ugh

How was this trip?  From what Rosie posted up on the shoutbox, it looks like there are quite a few spots that were washed out with the 4+ inches of rain they got up there.

From Rosie:  Wow, check out what Crown King looks like now: http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1004280
