C200 diff breather mod questions

Has anyone done this mod for the c200? There are some good write ups for what to do and its pretty straight forward, but I have seen that guys with the c200 are not being able to use the same threading as the m226 axels.

So i'm trying to figure out which nipple to order to be able to do this mod. the only part number I have come across is the 38323-C601A for the titan.

Any info would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Id think if its anything like my axle you just get yourself a length of hose and extend it to your liking.  Taillight I hear is a popular one

I don't think the stock nipple is pig enough to fit a hose, and I'm willing to bet the c200 and m226 have different thread pitch and size.  I know one uses standard bolts and the other uses metric.  I'd have to find the write up on thenewx to be sure.

I read the 55 page how to on the breather mod, and didnt come to any conclusions for the c200. Some say that it threads and others say it doesnt.

one person said they just stuck the new valve in the freezer (to condense it) then it went in fine. But the last thing I want to do is introduce metal shavings into my diff.

Is anyone else putting the breather somewhere else other than behind the tailight?

I can say for sure that there are already metal shavings in your dif.  The dif plug has a a magnet on it to catch them :)

True, I just dont want to add more when its avoidable haha,  I want to get in there asap to get it cleaned out. I cant seem to find my paper work from when I bought the rig and not sure if they changed the diffs or transmission fluids. So I want to get things changed out here soon.
