  • downs44: Got an 06 that just went through SMOD. Got everything replaced. Now my low oil pressure light is flickering on after the engine warms up and the truck is at idle. Doing some digging on the forums it looks like a common problem is the rear timing cover gallery gasket leaking and causes the symptoms. Looks like a 15 hour or so repair for a $50 part. Was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and any words of advise. To save some dialogue, the oil pressure sensor is about a year old and I changed the oil and filter after i noticed the light and that did not fix the issue.

Sedona, Apache trail, and Payson area
« on: December 21, 2014, 12:18:10 PM »
So with my girlfriend in Graduate school we dont have much time to get out and do much. But she had a break over thanksgiving for about 3 weeks. So we spent some time up in Sedona, the apache trail, and Payson area.

Her parents were able to come down for the sedona trip. But I thought I'd share some pics with all you guys.

Some hiking

Some brunch before we set out on a hike

2nd hike of the day

Tonto National Monument. We couldnt get great pics since we had our dog and they wouldnt allow us to go down under the bridge with him.

This is a look at the little cabin we stayed at in the payson area, and had to get a pic of the x.
