that's what I'm afraid of. I'm honestly not too keen on how they look on the 2nd gen. Love them on the 1st gen.

The rack seems to be too short in the back of the truck and hangs over a bit in the front.  ???

Tim 1 gen 1 rack still available now and the next 5 gen 2's (sold 5 already) at the reduced price.  Time to work on something new.  They were supposed to reduce the front by 4 in doesn't look like it, the back was to allow for a kc 5in sq light on the rear mounting points.  They ran the reduced gen 1 price for almost 1 year so it's over for now.
btw
Will there be another chance to do the ASU training, I know you won't work it but you will attend the Oregon State game dressed in orange. ;D

Thanks Harry. Yesterday was the last day to do training for ASU games. If you still would like to work a game or three, get with me ASAP to go over the training and get you working.

Hmmm...I may wait on the 2nd gen rack until they come up with a little better design. I'll see what I can do about getting my 1st gen rack ordered up. Do I just call or email the owner?

T-ray sorry I was hoping to have the much better half and I go to class to contribute a little bit.  Tough to schedule ahead, still making trips out to support in Cali.  Checked some pics of my rack and Ty's the front looks about the same as the gen 1 version for the gen 2 looks like they tried to keep the same look.  I think lights and a ladder made for too much spacing without.  I'll call and try to get the same price.  It's been a tough wait (sorry Onix) it kept getting pushed back by large orders for more profitable makes, 08whitex thx for pushing for new products for the community(saving for a diff cover), I know how much time you are investing.  Nearly 2 years ago my goals were to be $800 to compete with Gobi, there are a lot of new options out there now, can't wait for Fangars version.  Oh well, working on some new products  8)

My Wife damaged ours when she backed the truck up too far into a parking cover. It's not a very good one anyway, so eventually, I will get to replace it with a better one. ;D

Hey DblTrouble
Great looking X, hope to meet you soon.  Just a thought, 08WhiteX made a great looking full replacement and T-Ray will be mounting up his Bajarack soon, perhaps one may be willing to part with theirs.  I gave mine to Bajarack and in the past when I've 'saved' stuff just in case it usually was a pita or got damaged anyway.  Also someone here will probably have a Xoskel rack in the near future, no problem finding some great equipment here in Az.    ;)

Hi azbumblebee,
We look forward to meeting you as well. Thanks for the thought. When we are ready to replace our rack I will check with you guys first! We just purchased a new Viair compressor, (which blew the fuse the first time we used it) ???

Got the Gen2 rack on the truck. No problems, no stripped bolts. I think it was easier than the Gen1 - if that is possible. Pics in the gallery soon.  :P
