Are you guys meeting up somewhere and then heading to the lake?  If so, where and what time are you planning on meeting up?

Since this is not a direct club event, I moved it to the member event.

I'll see about bringing some firewood. Any other suggestions besides the beer?

I'm going to say that I'll be there. Not till around 10 though. All depends when the wife gets home from work.

It's been awhile since I went there, are we going to access areas via the park entrance requiring the entry fee? Or another area?

We are going in the back way on a trail that leads to the water. No fees since we aren't entering the park

If you stay upstream quite a bit (up near Humbug Creek), you'll be OK, but if you go near the actual lake portion, they can shake you down for the fee.  It probably wouldn't happen, but they can.

EDIT:  The turnoff for Humbug Creek is shortly after the large RV Parking / Staging area that some refer to as the airstrip staging area (because back in the day it was used as a small airstrip).
