  • Conundrum: lol, they're contagious and more lights coming on, worrying to see the oil pressure indicator and also the windshield washer fluid lights, however I'll just wait and see if it goes away when things dry out. Good thing I took it through emissions this morning. Never Fails. lol

  • Conundrum: Wow, with all the rain I've been in as well as flooding in the X on Fat Tire, I have a new issue. Set light blinking rapidly and goes away after restarting the engine. I did a little research and I guess the cruise actuator can get nasty and seems plausible since I went through a puddle on purpose on the right hand side and that made the set light for cruise start flashing again. I'll check it out after the rain stops. lol Have fun and be safe out there everyone.

You ever try LoLos chicken and waffles? Pedros Mexican restaurant located at 51st and Glendale or Jalapeños on Scottsdale road and Jomax, may be a little more north

I'll check those places out. I'll drive all over the valley for a good meal haha. So keep the places coming regardless of where they are in the valley.

In Surprise, Rio Mirage and Saigon Kitchen. Rio Mirage does a house traditional margarita thats great during the summer. Saigon does a really good clay pot salmon dish and they have Sapporo on tap.

For sea food, Blue Water Grill has some of the best seafood in the valley, service is hit and miss.

Los Reyes De La Torta, probably the best tortas in the country, they use fresh ingredients, the only place better is in Mexico. They don't serve alcohol which is a big downer since tortas are always best after a night of drinking or with a cold beer, but they do have a fresh juice menu.

Best Brewery for me is Nimbus in Tucson, its right off tanque verde road, perfect stop after running Chivo Falls. They have a big outdoor patio and a nice summer menu. Service is fast and friendly.

You can check out my uncles place in Camp Verde, Betos Corner. It has real home made tortillas and they are made perfect. The food and salsa are made fresh so if you like taco bell this may not be the place for you.
Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads.

For sure you have to try out Honey Bear's BBQ, there are two locations but either would be fine. I don't think it's the greatest BBQ ever but they have been around a long time.

Italian, maybe VaBene.

Mexican... I could go on for days. I'll have to think about it.
