I did a cargo rack with square tube stock and a miter saw.  Let me know how the tube bending goes.

My friend out here in maricopa that does my welding for me has a tube bender that he even poured a cement pad in his front yard for it.

Industrial Metals on 48th Street can bend and sell you the materials. All you have to do is finish it.
Arizona  Power Coating on Washington St is a good place to powder coat.

Well right now I'm in the works with a company that makes Tacoma parts but is looking into the frontier market. I met the owner this morning at the expo expressing my concern with the lack of parts the frontier has and that the market is there as long as the price is right and the lead time is reasonable. So needless to say the owner will be contacting me this week to discuss getting his parts into the Nissan market and on my truck.
