Myself and the wife will be heading up later on Friday. Trying to leave before the sun goes down, planning to be on our way between 5 and 6pm. If we have an idea of where camp will be please post up GPS so we can find you.

I believe we might be caravan ing with Pitsnipe too.

I'd prefer to go up mid day, but Pax gets out of class at 530 so if we could get a more precise location for camping spots and whether or not it requires payment, that would be awesome.

Aslo, I'm very in the dark about this location and have no idea what to expect, is it at a lake or no; if so, how close is it to the water? Ect?

It's close to a pond, some people fish there.  But I wouldn't get in the water.

Hey Pinchel (Rob)..and everyone else coming camping:

I think it may be best for everyone to bring a bag of firewood each.

We can bring eggs for breakfast Saturday morning (enough for everyone) and bacon (enough for everyone) and tortillas (enough for everyone). Maybe someone else can bring breakfast stuff for Sunday morning (Rob or Kyle?) or anyone else who wants to.

Then for Saturday night, AZXC will buy carne asada tacos for everyone (fixings) included.

Then we can all bring something to share with the group for Saturday night dinner (sides, dessert, etc.). We (Hammer and I) will bring watermelon and chips and salsa.

If you can, please post what you are bringing!

I hear that's one of the best camping spots in AZ, weather should be perfect. I wish I could make it up, but my wife and I couldn't get Friday off.
Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads.

It's forested but I'm bringing the easy up.
