Chuy. I think Avi, Bethany and I are going to caravan. I'll be leaving the valley around 3-3:30. Also, I have two bundles of firewood from the fat tire event.

Awesome, I will probably get up there around noon to the camp spot. Im going to try and beat the traffic. I have never been to this spot but if its anything like pine top or the other parts of Payson there should be plenty of dead and down trees to chop up. Im up for a hike, I bet Stoic V knows some secret hike spots in the area.

Chuy the camp site I was going to choose should be plenty big for all of us if you get there early you can save the spot for us. The plan is for a group camp friday night. Maybe keep the camp going all day Saturday. For the ones who choose wheeling on Saturday i can lead a trail.

Perfect, I plan to head up sometime in the morning after the early traffic rush to secure the spot. I might head back Saturday too unless people want to stay until Sunday.

If anyone wants to do a community breakfast/brunch I would be up for that. If Victor wants to head up the cooking I can help out, and bring extra food. We could make it simple bacon, egg, mimosas, bloody marys, etc.

i can help grill anything you guys would like to eat.
Friday night would be something easier.
Saturday morning an easy breakfast as Chuy said sounds like a good idea.
Saturday afternoon im ok with making a bigger meal if we have people agree on something.

Depending on what we cook might take my grill or small stove top.

Chuy. I'd prefer to stay more than one night. I'm up for staying through Sunday and maybe catch a hike or a short run on the way home?

If Victor doesn't mind cooking, AZXC sponsored "Victor's Sonoran Dogs" would be perfect for Saturday lunch or afternoon. I can help chop onions and grill the dogs. I should have my new stove by then, and I can bring a campfire grill grate.

As much as I love to eat. Wouldn't we be on the trail during lunch?

@Kyle i think Chuy means after we get back from the trail to the camp site on Saturday. As for lunch we might be on the trail during that so maybe just snacks or sandwhiches lol.

As for me cooking Saturday i do not have a problem with. I can do Sonoran hot dogs again if you guys would like that.
I can take my coleman grill(fixing the drip tray lol)

Good point Kyle, I was thinking late afternoon lunch or dinner, like Victor mentioned whenever we return from the run. Are you staying the night Saturday?

Sorry can't join! A bit far away for my plans already in place this weekend, can't wait to meet up soon though!

Moving into a house I just purchased, starting a new job, among other things... My life has been crazy!

Good luck and have fun!
