  • PitSnipe (Kyle): Wow, I have not heard of this issue. 15 hour job for a $50 part is nuts. Hopefully someone that knows of this issue will speak up.

  • downs44: Got an 06 that just went through SMOD. Got everything replaced. Now my low oil pressure light is flickering on after the engine warms up and the truck is at idle. Doing some digging on the forums it looks like a common problem is the rear timing cover gallery gasket leaking and causes the symptoms. Looks like a 15 hour or so repair for a $50 part. Was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and any words of advise. To save some dialogue, the oil pressure sensor is about a year old and I changed the oil and filter after i noticed the light and that did not fix the issue.

You have to drive all the way through Jerome to get to Mingus campground. It's a bit easier finding it from the bottom, out Perkinsville. I can definitely lead if we go that way. Not as sure coming from the top down.

Might meet up in cottonwood.
Drive through Jerome to mingus campground. Do smiley rock exit in Jerome and drive back to cottonwood.

Smiley Rock in the morning on Saturday to give us all day.

Broken Arrow run at night would have to be either Friday night or Saturday night if anybody wants to do that.

So far its Avi and I wanting to run BA at night.

@thupertrooper Smiley rock goes from Mingus campground west to some ranch roads off of Perkinsville. You do not end up in Jerome unless you plan either driving back up the windy Jerome highway or taking Perkinsville around.

I cannot find the old post of this run and day but along with CSNE we will be doing a run up north.

No plan of exact time and trails just an idea for that weekend.

I want to know who will be available for this weekend and wants to run Smiley Rock in the morning.

Sedona more specifically Broken arrow trail but at night.

Let me hear your thoughts.

Sounds fun - Donelle and I are in.  Got a party in Jerome that night, so it works out well.

Changed the date to the 10th

Hopefully it doesnt interfere with others plans that were planning to go.
I had a family get together on the 3rd that was planned late so had to change it.

So far the plan is the same just different weekend.
