Ran Cattail Cove, Bison Falls, and Back road to the Desert Bar.  Cattail cove was a lot of fun, but would have to be rig limited.  Back road was fun, with more challenging obstacles, but no spot to camp and basically ends on a major dirt road.  Will have to wait for spring to do a Kingman scout, my first available weekend is 4/1.  I'd have to be back Saturday night to as I can't afford the PTO, so if possible head out Thursday/ early Friday to get the runs in.

The runs I would still like to prerun are.
Chloride Mines (Red)
Pass Canyon (Red)
Moss Wash (Red)
Secret Pass(Blue)

Also, GPS locations of sizable campgrounds are needed.

Im still going to scout it later on.

I can lead any trail i pre ran but tail gun ill help out.

What im worried about is if the person volunteering to lead bails out last minute. We will need to make the tail gunners the plan B for trail leaders.

If it warms up might do my first trip out there the 25th of Feb

First goal will be to find camping spots.

Might need multiple camp spots since there will be multiple trails. So once we figure out which trails we are doing we can choose the camps.

Also depending on the order of trails we could coordinate a camp spot along the way. Like trail Friday then camp. trails all day Saturday then camp somewhere else. then short trail sunday before we head home.

Exactly Kyle there will be mutiple trails so multiple camps makes it better to change it up a bit.

Also depending on the order of trails we could coordinate a camp spot along the way. Like trail Friday then camp. trails all day Saturday then camp somewhere else. then short trail sunday before we head home.

That is the basic schedule I am thinking.  We won't be able to determine camp sites until we determine the runs and the order, mostly I'm just writing it down to remind myself.  When we go an scout these trails, we'll try to get GPS locations of good camping locations.

Chloride Mines Trail lists two designated campsites, Packsaddle Campground has vaulted toilets, fire rings, and bear lockers.  Windy Point Campground offers vaulted toilets, fire rings, and picnic benches but may be $8 per night.

Secret Pass lists dispersed camping near 68 and old kingman highway.  Looking at satellite maps, I'm sure we can find something around there.

Moss Wash doesn't list anything, but is in a large offroad area as well, so I am sure we could find something near the trail.

I'm up for leading or gunning a trail, and I'm in for this because the timing is good.

I say we find a centralized spot to camp for the pre-run event white looking for a spot to camp...Then I can bring my camper and family too.

Clifford said she would be interested in leading a 2wd trail we would just need to know the area and we would have to go scout.
