Has anyone posted the event info to the other Nissan forums? I haven't seen any but I don't go on them as much these days.

Avi and I are both keeping SCCX up to date. I am also keeping TNX up to date. Nevada doesn't have a forum. They run off of FB.

Can you link it here? I couldn't find it on TNX for some reason.

Also, any thoughts on a decal/sticker/patches? I can do the decals and maybe a two color one if it is the size. I can find single patches for the various awards so to speak locally.

If Vinyltats does the decals they won't cost the club anything as usual. I can update the previous design or change it up a bit. I'll start a new thread in the sponsor section for thoughts on that.

Stickers/decals are a must
Patches maybe but we can have some shirts made for trail leaders also if its easier.

We can talk some designs over.

Bumpin thread to hear some ideas on what canvaz swag we can giveaway/sell.
I like the idea of trailleaders having bright shirts.(green)
Maybe 10-20 for sale in a different color to sell or giveaway.
We can pre sell them for a cheaper price and then take them with us at the event.

We could also do hats and patches but thats more expensive so bigger investment.
Im thinking if we do patches we need to order soon just in case there is issues.

One idea, already posted in another thread for CANVAZ hats. I say at the least that Supporting Members can preorder them at cost which is about $25 not including tax, and everyone can claim one for at least the regular retail of $28. These won't be a money maker unless we order 100s so figure we can agree and then post later.

hey guys first forum post, but a few of you know me already. Vic and Eron helped me titan swap my X last year. I live out here about 30-45 min from Kingman. I have run the "secret pass" trail if its the one from the AZ backroad book. I put a video on FB last year. But most of u cant see it so ill try to link it from youtube. Also the Wild Cow campground is nice and would fit alot of rigs. Ive been there about 5-6 times in the last few months with the last time 2 weeks ago. If we cant get everyone there, the campground right as u get into the Haulapais is a good one too. Lots of room there with cabins for ppl if they wanted. Let me know if there is anything i can do to help or get info on. Also i have a short vid of the Haulapai mountain trail (the green one) so you can get an idea for other things.

I recently posted our club finances in the Supporting Member section and Stephen had a good question. We need to talk about a budget and what the club is willing and able to pay for this event.

I know it's a few months out but our club budget will change before then. Also as a reminder, Supporting Memberships are down the last few months so keep that in mind and help spread the word!

Trip questions:
Can someone translate the red/blue/green rating system to the rating system here http://www.azxterraclub.com/forum/index.php?topic=424.0?

I'm concerned re: only red trails on Friday and Sunday - need to make sure my X gets me back to Sac. If the trail on Friday or Sunday is too gnarly I will likely pass that day and make a Flagstaff-Sedona-Prescott-Bagdad loop to check those areas out for future move possibilities.

Are there other trail possibilities or is it possible to break the Sat. two easier trails into two separate days? Nothing to compare trail toughness to right now so my concerns might not be needed and I don't want to "drag" someone away from a trail they really want to do just so I've got a trail-buddy.

BTW I'm lifted about 2" (longer bilsteins in front, AALs in back) on 285/75/16 KOs and am locked in the rear. Otherwise pretty much stock off-road X.

I am lifted 3" and 33s. no locker. I ran the Sat and Sun red trails this past February. The The Saturday red trail (Moss Wash) was a lot of fun. I got hung up on one boulder due to a poor line choice. Other than that I made it. The Sunday red trail Chloride mine was only rated red due to a boulder field at the start of the trail which was not hard at all.

You should have nothing to worry about.

the rating for these trails are for the most difficult section of the trail but not the entire trail is red. Its not average on difficulty-easy.
