  • downs44: Got an 06 that just went through SMOD. Got everything replaced. Now my low oil pressure light is flickering on after the engine warms up and the truck is at idle. Doing some digging on the forums it looks like a common problem is the rear timing cover gallery gasket leaking and causes the symptoms. Looks like a 15 hour or so repair for a $50 part. Was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and any words of advise. To save some dialogue, the oil pressure sensor is about a year old and I changed the oil and filter after i noticed the light and that did not fix the issue.

So, am I the only one planning to run Broken Arrow tomorrow?  I don't really want to come all the up to just run by ourselves.  Where is everybody meeting for Soldier Pass and what time?

Where and when are we meeting for the afternoon Powerline run?

I hate to say but it seems like this whole thing seems a little disorganized.  I know it would be a lot easier to coordinate with everyone if we were able to come up and camp tonight but the weather just won't permit it for us this time.  We are staying Saturday night in a hotel in West Sedona.

We have 3 other rigs that will run BA so no one runs it alone.

Thank you to Vic for planning this event. It turned out great. I believe there was five rigs for the Broken Arrow night run. Saturday morning all nine of us ran Broken Arrow. After the trail we all split up for lunch while some let the group for other activities. The afternoon run of Red Rock Powerline consisted of the remaining five survivors. It was a quick scenic trail that I really enjoyed. Be sure to check out the pic thread for all of the great shots.

I wasn't to thank Patrick for the use of his air compressor. The third event in a row my compressors decided to crap out (yes I have three portables). This is why I cant wait to get my OBA installed.
