Pro 4X suspension question
« on: June 19, 2017, 01:20:43 PM »
I have a Titan XD Pro 4x and I am planning on doing a lift on my truck. Are the shocks that are included with the Pro4x better or should I go with the ones that come with all in one lift kits.

I em not 100% positive on what the new Titans come with but usually they are bilsteins on the pro4x which are pretty good for moderate wheeling. Only offroad shock i would stay away are ranchos.

On a lift it is common to swap to the new shocks since they are usually longer. As for the front somtimes they are just spacers.

What brand lifts are you looking at?

I was thinking about the Fabtech 6" Performance System w/ Front Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers & Rear Dirt Logic 2.25 Shocks

http://www.fabtechmotorsports.com/NISSAN-4WD/TITAN-XD-2016-17/6-SYSTEMS/PERFORMANCE-SYSTEMS/6-Performance-System-w-Front-Dirt-Logic-2-5-Coilovers-Rear-Dirt-Logic-2-25-Shocks-2016-17-Nissan-Titan-XD-4WD-p2249.html

I em certain it will ride way better with coilovers and nicer rear shocks.

Yes it is the 2016 XD Pro 4x Diesel. I am wanting to do the lift without sacrificing towing capacity.
