Weyoun 5's Rebuild Thread
« on: December 17, 2017, 02:48:13 PM »
I've been driving Nissans for 30 years.  I've owned (1) Sentra, (2) 240SX's, (2) Frontiers and (3) Xterras'.  We still have our first Xterra, a 2006 we bought new back in December of 2005.  In 2010 I bought a White 4X4 S, modded it up a little, but had to sell it due to financial issues.

This past October I was able to get another X, a Silver 2013 S 4X4, and I'm now in the process of building it up like my 2010.  I've had her for 65 days and I've done the following:

Fluid Change (Transmission, F/R Diffs, Transfer Case, Coolant)
Malone Roof Rack
Gobi Ladder
Spray painted Bumper Guard, Grill and Hood Satin Black
JVC DVD Head Unit
Sound Ordinance Under Seat Subwoofer
Rockford Fosgate 6X9 Door Speakers
Custom Sun Visor for Head Unit
Floor mats and steering wheel cover.
Viair 88P Compressor
110 pc Tool Set
Shovel
First Aid Kit
PRG 1.5" Front Lift
AAL .75" Rear Lift
Pro4X Skids, (double engine skid)
4 new BF Goodrich All Terrain AT KO2

Next up is putting together a decent recovery/emergency kit.

I've ran a couple trails in November and I'm looking forward to a few group runs before summer.  It's nice to be back!
The first two pictures are of my 2010, the next three are of the new 2013.

Spent a morning exploring the mines around Belmont Mountain.  Trail is rated Easy, but you'll need 4WD in a few places.

Great pics, that's a neat area. Big Horn mountain has a couple of trails and then Harquahala is one of my favorites.

I've done a little exploring in the Hummingbird Springs area, but want to check the area out more.  Harquahala is definitely a cool run.  If the weather holds I want to get out to Saddle Mountain before summer hits.
