  • jcm45: Hi everyone, I just joined up here and am looking for some advice. Anyone have a shop they recommend for their Xterra? I just purchased an 02 and discovered the seller managed to cover up a thrown rod so likely need a new engine. I've called a few shops and most seem to not be overly familiar with them. I don't want someone inexperienced potentially doing something wrong or milking the labor. Can anyone recommend a shop that's had this done before?

2019 Kickoff Run Location Suggestions
« on: January 03, 2019, 09:52:07 PM »
Kickoff run planning
Name off some locations to camp/wheel

If possible trails you are willing to lead for a group.
Depending on area camping will most likely be to cold for folk.

Poll on location ideas after we get input

will update with ideas as they come...

Date: Feb 1st-3rd won the vote  or Feb 15th-17th depending on volunteers.

Due to the dates voted I might now be able to attend but sounds like N. Phx area might be chosen as a possible location.

Lets hear who here is volunteering to lead a Saturday trail and we can choose a camp location near it for the Friday camp and possible Saturday camp.

If Im able to attend the Run ill probably camp just Friday Camp but come back the Saturday morning.

Well, my Saturdays are kid soccer games. So if it's a day trip I can make it on a Sunday.
