Mud Tires
« on: February 19, 2019, 09:37:54 PM »
When I get back to Phoenix, I would like to buy my 2013 Nissan Xterra S, a set of mud tires. Are Nitto Tires highly recommended? I have been curious about their mud grappler tires. Is anyone here familiar with it?

With our terrain a good A/T is all that you really need. That being said preference is everything. What kind of off roading do you like?
I am currently on my third set of tires. i have been curious about M/Ts so I have a set now. I like them, but are soft and wear a little faster than an A/T would.

Nittos are good but soft so they in my opinion don't last or do as well as other options. The highly recommended would be BFGs but I have never owned that brand. I have had Coopers on my Xterra. M/Ts are not typically the tire of choice in AZ though.
