Another local 4x4 club contacted me about a possible cash donation to the lunch fund.  I should hopefully hear back either today or tomorrow.

Thanks Adam!  I just received the email.  This is a really big event for our club, as we are one of the official sponsors of the Table Mesa Cleanup.  We are getting recognized by the other 4x4 and OHV clubs as well as the state and federal agencies.

It is my hope that the people reading this board will be able to attend the cleanup.  It is a really big event, and a very important one that is getting national attention, as Table Mesa is a very unique playground for a very wide variety of desert enthusiasts.

I'm really really bummed I am going to miss this. I have a wedding to attend for my assistant, probably not a good idea for office life if I miss it.

I may be able to come out for a few hours 1st thing in the morning though....

Help!!! We need grills and chefs.  I am bringing my gas grill and my coleman grill, but we'll need more grills and more people to help cook the hot dogs.

Ted, I will make the cleanup, perhaps a little late depending on when I can get out of the SEMA parking lot.  I can also add 15 cs of water donated by Fry's.  I will help cook but don't any equipment.  I'll cancel the water if we don't need it, but perhaps better to have too much?  Hoping for 1 raffle item from SEMA.

^^That's awesome Harry!  We can always use more water.  That would be cool, if you don't mind cooking, you can man my grill (I'll be getting all the giveaway stuff together at that time).  Giveaway stuff from SEMA rocks!

^^there is no extra tickets.  we are giving each person one, but we can't really sell any.  that is the only way that it is the most fair for everyone.

We will have stickers for sale, though.  I'm hoping to recover a few of the dollars I have outlayed by selling the stickers.

can't do that.  must be present to win.  don't have time to have 300+ people write their name and contact info on the tickets.  definitely don't want to hang on to the merch / ship it to someone who already left.

they've never sold tickets at 4 Peaks, and I really don't want to start that here.  IMHO, everyone needs a fair shot at winning the donated items.

I'll be selling stickers @ $3 each (to hopefully recover some of the money I have spent on the cleanup).
