Backroad to Crown King - August 29th
« on: August 04, 2010, 11:54:29 AM »
Sometime late August or early September. So far AZ-Ted, myself, and 1 other Nissan guy from NOR.

Just post up if you're interested. Date and time TBD soon...

Not sure if you can make it with your rig or skills? Look here for trail description:

Uh oh...looks like we may want to reconsider our August 28th plan....

http://www.virtualjeepclub.com/showthread.php?59063-12th-annual-Backway-to-Crown-King-Run-Aug-28th

The AZVJC is having their annual CK run that day. We may want to go Sunday the 29th or leave even earlier than planned. Thoughts?

I can do Sunday.  I like the Jeep guys, but I don't want to be in a 200 truck cluster.

I can hardly wait to get up there again.  I haven't ran that trail since I blew my last R180a (which pushed me to do the Titan Swap).

I can't afford it myself but wouldn't mind riding along with someone.

I've got room Adam.  Stoli is not coming on this trip (too much bouncing around for the old girl).  Should we meet somewhere?  Or do you want me to pick you up?

It was a great day on the trail yesterday.  Thanks to Tim for leading this run.  And thanks to Adam for being my co-pilot / spotter.  Here is a link to the N4W thread that has a few pics and video links:
