Table Mesa Cleanup - Headcount Thread
« on: October 27, 2010, 03:31:25 PM »
Hello AZXC, who is coming to the cleanup?  I need to get a rough estimation for two reasons:  to for lunch planning, and also for Nissan swag planning (as you may have read, Jason is bringing Project X2 - Nissan's V8 Xterra, and he wants to know how many Nissans will be there).

So, who will be there?  Going by memory, I have

I'll be there with my wife and daughter.  Do we know yet what exactly to bring?  I read through the thread but it's not super clear if we should bring food or not.

Awesome!  I look forward to meeting you there.  You'll want to bring gloves, water, and sunscreen.  Other items that are helpful are rakes and shovels.

The lunch is taken care of now (with donations from several different clubs and Barros pizza too), but you may want to bring snacks with you, as lunch isn't until 1:00pm.  On the menu is hot dogs and chips, and pizza.  And, with any luck, cookies for desert.  There will be plenty of water and soda at lunch, but you may want to bring your own water for when you are at the cleanup sites (which will be a mile or two from the meeting spot).

Harry!  Sure, we can always use more water.  It'll be great to see you again - and your new ride fresh from the SEMA show...who knows, it just might make it into the magazine!
