  • Conundrum: Wow, with all the rain I've been in as well as flooding in the X on Fat Tire, I have a new issue. Set light blinking rapidly and goes away after restarting the engine. I did a little research and I guess the cruise actuator can get nasty and seems plausible since I went through a puddle on purpose on the right hand side and that made the set light for cruise start flashing again. I'll check it out after the rain stops. lol Have fun and be safe out there everyone.

Basha's parking lot it is!  OP updated!

I still need to know what color to make the sticker.

I say, your doing all the work putting the run together, you decide/choose.

This I can do, but getting input ups the participation.

Sticker?  for a local run??  I don't want one.  No offense, but if I put a sticker on my X every time I went offroading, I would have run out of room a long time ago.

Sticker is only for this run, not every time we go wheeling.  No offense taken, just thought it would be a great idea since we are trying to get the AZXC events going.  I'll still put it on your truck, in the middle of your windshield if I have too haha

Can't give preference on color since the pic still doesn't work. At least for me it doesn't... Florence sounds good to me, haven't been out there yet.

Pic doesnt work for me either, also are stock X's/trucks ok in Florence Junction? I've looked at some videos online and mostly I see rock crawling. Dont want to sound like a wussy, but we arent Rock Crawlers, I assume there is more X friendly areas for this run.

Well, now that my leaky rack and pinion is changed out, I should be good to go.  Just gotta put my skids back on before the run.

The videos you see online are of trails that you won't be driving. I drove my Xterra out there on several trips when all I had was a 2" lift and 31" tires - that's it. If you're EVERnot confit table on a trail or section, it is up to you to bow out. It is your vehicle when the day is over.

Should be fun not stressful to go out and wheel. Have some faith in yourself as a driver, in your vehicle, and in the people planning that the trip will be appropriate for your level. ;-)

That's putting a lot of faith into me!  I wouldn't do it if it was me.   :P
