Stopped to Say HI
« on: July 02, 2009, 06:08:14 PM »
Wanted to stop in and say "HI" to everyone.  Hope to wheel with you all in the fall/winter as I go come up to my place on the Rim every weekend during the summer.  I know, I don't have a "X" but it is a Nissan.  If you ever have anything going on during the week, I'll try and stop by and meet you all.

Thanks... My place is up just past Blue Ridge Reservour, about 30 degrees cooler than Phoenix.  I have deer, Elk, squirls in my front yard quite often.  1.10 acre in the cool pines with a 30' patio.

Yea, I am always over at N4W.

My Driveway into my place....

Same Driveway except when I bought the place...

My front yard...

This is down at the bottom of Jack's Canyon next to my place...

My place is in Clear C reek 8 & 9 which have no Home Owner Association, the 1+ acre lots go for $85K and with home go from $185K-$400K.  The other development around here have Associations and are only site built homes and go for $100K for the lot (with water, sewer $ electric) and homes go for $250-$2mil.  :o I live in the cheap lots, but my land is classified as farm land and I can have animals on it if I want...

I do have some spots for sale around me though.

Looking off the canyon edge...

Winter...

Elk...

My patio before I painted and refurbished it...
