  • Rear Axle Seal: I am thinking working on doing a D21 Hardbody theme for my Titan.  I have already gone deep and cut three holes in my hood for the actual vents from the 87-91.  Also picked up Nissan 4X4 emblem from 86-89 Hardbodies.  Any other ideas out there on how to tie in the design elements?

In need of a Good Engine re-builder
« on: October 16, 2012, 10:10:50 AM »
I'm looking for a good engine re-builder that does a great job for a reasonable price. Also has a pretty good warranty. Preferable in the Tucson area but I will go to Phx if necessary. Thanks for the help.

If you have had any luck let me know, I have the worst luck with shops! I have potential engine damage from snapping my T-belt :(

I had a tranny go on my dodge when I lived back east and the dealership I purchase it from did the work, they got their price within 250.00 of the best bid I had from an external shop and I was able to get the mopar 3 r 100000 mile warranty.  Might wanna try the dealerships and see how high their prices are and what the warranties are then start shopping from their.  Dodge went from 4500.00 on the tranny down to 3200.00 with warranty intact.  Don't know how nissan is out here in AZ though.  Good luck to the both of you.

I had a good experience with Gary's Machine Shop in Tucson. I think he can do a complete build for you and the price I got from him when he redid some heads for me were pretty good.
