« on: January 15, 2013, 03:48:36 PM »
Ok well here goes I am planning on being there unless something comes up with work last minute.

I plan on leaving either late on Saturday or early Sunday morning.

Who else is in?

Not sure if I'll be departing from flag or Vegas, but if I'm leaving from flag I'm in

I will not be able to go to Flagstaff on saturday this year, so leave early Sunday morning for me, meet anybody in Flag that we need, get gas and continue the drive will be my plan.

What do you mean by sooner? Leave Flag earlier? 7am instead? Should be able to do that.

I need to get some details sorted through boondox, I think I will be installing front and rear bumper on Sunday.  So I need to figure out how long those installs are.

You'll be installing at my condo.  We all arrive around 3 pm it should be plenty of time!

Good, I'll bring my winch, I dont expect to have time to wire it, but I dont want to have to install the front bumper twice.

I was talking to Marcin and it sounds like he was planning to leave Phoenix at 4am.  Does that mean we will be leaving Flag closer to 6?  I plan on meeting up at Flag because it makes no sense for me to drive out to Marcin's house just to turn around and head north, so I would like to get the meeting time firm.

Not sure where this it at currently, last year we left Flagstaff at 8am and rolled into Moab between 2p-230p with a few stops for picture ops along the way and a stop for gas in Kayenta.

Honestly that is my plan again this year, I will leave PHX area at 5a-530a roll into Flag get gas, meet whomever if need be and roll out about 8am. I talked to Ted and he will be in Flag at the Overland Expo and sounds like he may join my roll out time at 8am, if you want to join us, post up and we can finalize this.
