  • downs44: Got an 06 that just went through SMOD. Got everything replaced. Now my low oil pressure light is flickering on after the engine warms up and the truck is at idle. Doing some digging on the forums it looks like a common problem is the rear timing cover gallery gasket leaking and causes the symptoms. Looks like a 15 hour or so repair for a $50 part. Was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and any words of advise. To save some dialogue, the oil pressure sensor is about a year old and I changed the oil and filter after i noticed the light and that did not fix the issue.

What was the price for 100 or 50 round boxes of 9mm fmj, do you recall? Before this all started you could get 100rnd box of 9mm fmj at Wally World for $23.

The count on the 5.56 is a thousand rounds, the date is iffy at best.
I forgot to ask about the other rounds but I was in a hurry.

Ace has about 20 boxes of 50 rounds of 45 auto, same stuff in the link but Ace wants $42.99
So if you want it, they have it. If you don't need it now you can pay the cheaper wait for it in the mail prices.

FMJ and JHP are not the same round. Not sure how much a difference one being 40 and the other being 45 makes but it sounds like you were buying target rounds, not defensive rounds. I could be wrong.

Ya, they are plinking rounds.  I was worried because i didn't really have enough ammo to go shooting this Saturday with my 40.  Still having trouble finding 12g bird shot, never thought id see that unless it was hunting season.  I have JHP rounds for when i carry or use for defense.  Although, that said, the military uses FMJ and they seem to kill people just fine with them.

Bass Pro shop and I think Ace has some of the pallet of bird shot they got in last week. I will check and see when I go back for some hardware again.
