Well we were too busy having fun to take notes, but we had a light parade, gift exchange and plenty of food.

Introductions, Discussed the Tree Hunt as well as the Nov Xcursion.
Club Member 2Xplore suggested and the Club concurred that the Club try to raise funds for the August Fat Tire Toys for Tots Event.
The November Meeting/Xcursion Dates were decided upon.
A light Parade was suggested for December as well as a Table Mesa Run, Mod Day or a Forrest Road Cleanup.

July at Pinnacle
Nissan which convened at Aproximately 7:30 PM and Adjourned at 8:00 PM.
There were many Current, Former and perspective Members
Reviewed August plans while enjoying Pizza's provided by Pinnacle Nissan.
Some Shwag and T-shirts were handed out too.
It was decided that the August 18th Meeting will be Hosted By Peoria Nissan.
June Minutes
Here is a brief summary of the Meeting on the 9th of
June at Avondale
Nissan which convened at Aproximately 7:40 PM and Adjourned at 8:15 PM.

Reviewed Moab videos and Dan's antics while enjoying Pizza's provided by Avondale Nissan.
Some Shwag and T-shirts were handed out too.
It was decided that the July 7th Meeting will be Hosted By Pinnacle Nissan and Dan will be making the appropriate arraingments.
The Treasurer has been asked to allot funds for Club Stickers and Cards, the exact dollar amount will need to be voted on.

Reviewed April's Minutes and watched Moab videos while enjoying the Refreshments provided by AZXC
and Pizza's provided by Pinnacle Nissan.
Two new participants showed thier interest in the Club and stopped by.
The Years events and meetings were put into plan and will be on the Homepage for people to make the neccessary arraingments to attend.
The raffle netted $30 dollars and prizes were awarded as follows:
Dan, won a hat and the 50/50 of $15.
Roger won a hat.
Preston won a Licence plate frame.
Congratulations! To you all.
ADMINISTRATIVE NOTES: The Secretary position is still not transferred
to Conundrum.
The balance of the Club account after the additional funds from the 50/50 drawing now stands at $800.00

April at Peoria
Nissan which convened at Aproxiamately 7:15 PM and Adjourned at 8:15 PM.

There was plenty of discussion of upcoming events Ie. goneMOAB, Desert Triathlon, etc
DBAX has suggested that AZXC take some more serious Trials (Martinez, Woodpecker, Terminator) and flex
some of the Next-Gens capabilties.
goneMOAB has confirmed approximately 8-10 AZXC'rs are going.
The May Meeting is to be held Friday the 12th at either Scottsdale Nissan or Power Nissan
Sedona May become the May Xcursion for those who want to test those last minute upgrades before the trip to goneMOAB
The June Meeting is to fall on a Friday of either the 16th or the 23rd
The June Xcursion is TBD due to the possiblities of Trail Closures of our adopted Cleanup Trails.
The July Xcursion may become a Mod Day, TBD
The First Week in August will be the FAT Tire Event! It will be an all weekender so make plans early.
ADMINISTRATIVE NOTES: Discussed the treasury and the lack of having everything needed
to transfer the position to Conundrum.
The balance of club funds will be disclosed at the next meeting.
Conundrum and Preston will be working out the details to make the transfer.
